Our handmade Boo Boo Bags are reusable hot + cold packs made for all of life’s little aches, bumps, and sore spots. Keep one in the freezer when you need something cool, or warm it up when a little heat sounds better.
Each Boo Boo Bag is handmade with 100% cotton fabric and filled with corn to maintain the hot/cold longer. Because they’re handmade, every one has a little personality of its own.

To use for heat: Heat up for 15 second increments to figure your desired temperature. I prefer mine at 1 min, 30 seconds and my kids like theirs at 45 seconds to 1 minute.
