Shipping policy

All Keepsake Cottage pieces are handmade with intention and care. Because of this, please allow 3–10 business days for your order to be created before it ships.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

PROCESSING TIMES

Each item is made in small batches or to order. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, especially during launches, restocks, or holidays.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship together once all pieces are complete.

SHIPPING TIMES

After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:

• 2–5 business days within the U.S.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

LOCAL DELIVERY / PICKUP 

If you selected local delivery or pickup, you will receive a separate email with details once your order is ready.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Keepsake Cottage is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
