How long does it take to receive my order?
Each item is handmade to order(unless currently in stocked inventory), which means your piece is created just for you. Current processing time is typically around 4-5 days before shipping. During busy seasons or launches, this may be slightly longer. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Are your products really handmade?
Yes. Every single piece is made by me from start to finish. All items are sewn, never glued, and created with care and attention to detail. Because of this, no two items are exactly the same, which is part of what makes them so special.
What if my item looks slightly different than the photos?
Because everything is handmade, there may be small variations in fabric placement, stitching, or shape. These are not flaws, but part of the uniqueness of a handmade item. I do my best to ensure each piece is as close to the original as possible while still maintaining quality and intention.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and made to order nature of these items, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will always do my best to make it right.
What materials do you use?
I carefully select fabrics and materials that align with the look and feel of Keepsake Cottage. Everything is chosen with quality, softness, and longevity in mind so your pieces feel as good as they look.
Do you offer local pickup or market shopping?
Yes. I attend local vendor markets where you can shop pieces in person. Follow along on Instagram for updates on upcoming markets and events.
